What we collect, why we collect it, and how your files stay yours.
To deliver the service we collect your email address, order reference and account details (username, plan, storage usage). We also keep basic technical logs such as login timestamps for security purposes.
Payment card data is handled solely by our payment processor, Creem. Card numbers never reach or get stored on our servers. We only receive a confirmation of payment and an order reference.
Every account stores its files in an isolated, per-account directory. Each account can only access its own storage. We do not view, share, sell or analyze your files for advertising purposes.
AI organization features process file metadata and content only to sort, tag and index your own files within your own account.
We retain account data for the duration of your subscription plus a limited period as required by law. After the post-expiry grace period, stored files are permanently deleted.
We use only essential session cookies required for login and account security. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are used.
You may request access to or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting info@mac-cloud.co.uk. Deletion requests are processed within a reasonable period and result in permanent removal of your account and files.
