The rules that apply when you purchase and use MAC Cloud.
By purchasing, accessing or using MAC Cloud you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the service.
MAC Cloud provides cloud storage with AI-assisted organization, including smart auto-folders, semantic search, duplicate detection and OCR features depending on your plan.
Accounts are created automatically upon successful payment. Your username and password are generated by our system and delivered to the email address used at checkout.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Any activity performed through your account is considered your own.
You are solely responsible for the legality of the content you upload and store. The following are strictly prohibited: illegal content of any kind, malware or virus distribution, copyright-infringing material you do not have rights to, and any use of the platform for abuse, spam or attacks against third parties.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
Subscription periods begin on the date your account is created. When a plan expires, access to your storage is paused until renewal. Files are retained for a limited grace period after expiry.
The service is provided on an "as available" basis. While we aim for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and recommend keeping local copies of critical files.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription period.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
